We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with experience to partner closely with business leaders in driving people strategy talent initiatives employee engagement performance management and organizational effectiveness.
The incumbent will act as a strategic HR advisor to business stakeholders while ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and enhancing employee experience. The role requires strong stakeholder management business acumen problem-solving ability and execution excellence. This is an Individual Contributor role.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
Partner with Business Leaders to understand business priorities and align HR strategies accordingly
Drive workforce planning organization structuring and manpower optimization initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters including performance engagement retention and development
Enable managers in decision-making through HR analytics and insights
Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle
Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management including onboarding engagement development and retention
Facilitate goal-setting performance reviews and performance improvement discussions
Identify high-potential employees and support career development and succession planning initiatives
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to support critical hiring and workforce demands
Ensure smooth execution of internal movement promotions and talent review discussions
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a high-performance and inclusive culture
Conduct regular connect sessions skip-level discussions and employee feedback forums
Work closely with leadership teams to strengthen employee morale and workplace culture
Support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across teams and business units
Drive action planning based on employee survey feedback and engagement metrics
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to HR policies processes and employment regulations
Handle employee grievance resolution and disciplinary matters with sensitivity and professionalism
Support policy implementation and organizational change management initiatives
Maintain HR governance and ensure process compliance across business functions
Requirements
48 years of relevant HRBP experience preferably in IT/Product/Technology organizations
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent specialization from a reputed institute
Experience in employee engagement performance management talent management and stakeholder partnering
Exposure to handling technology/business teams in a matrix organization will be preferred
Prior experience in fast-growing or dynamic work environments would be an advantage
Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering concepts and employee lifecycle management
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong communication interpersonal and influencing abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and derive insights
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
High degree of integrity ownership and professionalism
Required Skills:
Desired for the Role: Proven experience in area of Behavioral and Leadership Development Preferred knowledge and experience of Behavioral assessment tools Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods Proficient in MS Office Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) Proficient in learning development models such as Instructional Design ADDIE Model Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
