Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee collection operations for vehicle finance portfolios including commercial vehicles passenger vehicles and two-wheeler loans.
- Ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts and achievement of collection targets assigned to the branch.
- Monitor delinquency bucket-wise performance and portfolio quality to minimize NPAs and credit losses.
- Lead train and motivate collection executives field staff and agency partners to improve recovery performance.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies for soft collections hard collections and repossession cases.
- Conduct regular review meetings with the collection team and track daily recovery performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve repayment-related issues through negotiation and settlement discussions.
- Coordinate with legal teams repossession agencies and auction partners for recovery of high-risk accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory guidelines and collection processes.
- Analyze branch collection MIS reports and prepare action plans for delinquent accounts.
- Monitor collection agency performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
- Drive customer retention while maintaining collection efficiency and portfolio health.
- Support audit requirements and ensure proper documentation of collection activities.
- Work closely with sales credit and operations teams to improve overall portfolio performance.
