Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PPIC professional to manage production planning inventory control and coordination between manufacturing warehouse procurement and supply chain functions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow optimum inventory levels and timely dispatch planning in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor production planning schedules based on business requirements
- Coordinate with production warehouse purchase QA and dispatch teams for smooth operations
- Manage inventory planning and material availability for uninterrupted production
- Track raw materials packaging materials and finished goods inventory
- Ensure timely execution of production plans and dispatch schedules
- Analyze stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory
- Generate PPIC MIS reports and production status updates
- Coordinate with procurement team for material requirements planning (MRP)
- Ensure compliance with GMP and documentation practices
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of production planning & inventory control
- Experience in pharma manufacturing environment
- Understanding of MRP inventory management and supply chain processes
- Good coordination and analytical skills
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Science Engineering or Supply Chain
- Experience in generic pharma / formulation plant preferred
- Knowledge of GMP documentation and manufacturing workflow
