Profile:OT Assistant (Surgical Implants)-Surat

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience as an OT Assistant OT Nurse or in Operation Theatre support.
• Experience in trauma spine orthopedics or surgical procedures will be preferred.

Roles:

• Assist surgeons and OT staff during trauma and spine surgeries involving surgical implants.
• Ensure timely availability and preparation of surgical instruments implants and OT consumables.
• Maintain sterility and infection control protocols throughout surgical procedures.
• Coordinate with surgeons hospital staff and internal teams for implant requirements.
• Prepare inspect and organize implant kits before and after surgeries.
• Maintain records of implant usage and support inventory management.
• Handle cleaning sterilization and maintenance of surgical instruments and implant sets.
• Provide intra-operative support and assist in troubleshooting implant-related requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols and company SOPs.
• Travel to hospitals as required to support surgical procedures.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (. Nursing) - Mandatory
• Valid nursing registration
