Role / Title: Assistant Manager - Business Operations
Reporting To: DGM - Marketing

KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
This role sits at the intersection of customer success campaign execution digital marketing and data analytics. The Business Analyst will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to execute and optimize campaigns on the car&bike platform improve monetisation efficiency and generate actionable insights to drive engagement profitability and customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Execution & Ad Operations
Manage end-to-end campaign execution across direct and programmatic channels on
Own ad-tech stack including Google Ad Manager ensuring accurate setup delivery and optimisation of campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against Defined KPIs
Identify opportunities to improve revenue realisation and reduce inefficiencies in workflows
Act as the central coordination point across Client Sales Marketing Product and Tech teams
Partner with clients and internal teams to launch campaigns track performance and ensure timely delivery
Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders pre and post campaigns
Campaign Optimisation
Drive A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign delivery and outcomes
Leverage audience data to improve targeting and efficiency
Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics such as impressions CTR CPL and fill rates
Work closely with call centre team to monitor lead quality and flow
Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel and drive corrective actions to improve conversion and engagement rates
Project Management
Program-manage campaign delivery: define milestones track progress and proactively flag risks
Ensure adherence to timelines SLAs and delivery metrics
Create structured updates for clients including the project delivery reports
Own the campaign delivery against planned impressions CTR CPL and revenue target
Manage and co-ordinate Tech integration (APi and others) Vendor registrations and billings
Role Specifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor / masters degree
Years and type of experience:
4 years of experience in Business Analytics & Media Operations
Technical Competencies:
Proven track record of digital campaign delivery
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Good understanding of Google Ad Manager and Website Ads
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with ad-tech concepts programmatic DFP/GAM CPL/CPM/CPC/CPS models
