Job Summary
Job Title: Assistant Manager Accounts (CA)
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Job Description
- Ensure timely and accurately closure of books of accounts monthly Quarterly and annually which are in line with Indian Accounting Standards & IFRS.
- Liasioning with accounting firm auditors and other consultants
- Deliver timely and high-quality month end management accounts including a KPI pack and Presentations.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain proper financial records along with necessary supporting documents.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Vendor Reconciliation and Customer Reconciliation & Inter- Company Reconciliations as per the timelines of the management.
- Analyse and reconcile all key balance sheet accounts for month-end closing
- Preparation of Monthly reporting and MIS.
- Support in Budget preparation and Cash flow forecasting.
- Support year end audit process and financial accounting work
- Ensure compliance with the companys financial policies rules and regulations
- Backup support within team and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Specification
- Chartered Accountant (Must) with minimum 2-5 years experience with a Finance role
- Strong technical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS
- Ability to prepare analyse and interpret financial information
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience of working in SAP -B1 SAP S4/HANA
- Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel)
