Role Overview
Looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive who is strong in
Excel data entry courier coordination shipment tracking and daily logistics
operations. The candidate should be able to manage dispatch data coordinate with
courier partners maintain reports and ensure smooth order movement from warehouse
to customer.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily logistics operations including order dispatch shipment tracking and
delivery coordination.
Coordinate with courier partners for pickup delivery status delays RTO NDR and
shipment-related issues.
Maintain accurate logistics data in Excel Google Sheets ERP or internal systems.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports related to dispatch delivery performance
pending shipments RTO courier charges and exceptions.
Perform accurate data entry for orders AWB numbers courier details invoices returns
and delivery updates.
Follow up with courier partners for delayed stuck lost or damaged shipments.
Coordinate with warehouse customer support sales and accounts teams for smooth
order processing.
Track courier performance and highlight issues such as high RTO late delivery
incorrect billing or pickup failure.
Verify courier bills freight charges weight discrepancies and shipment data.
Support reverse logistics customer returns replacement shipments and claim
documentation.
Maintain proper records of POD shipment proof courier communication and escalation
history.
