Appoint and manage super stockists & distributors
Ensure strong primary sales pipeline
Team Leadership
Lead SSOs SOs TSIs
Build a high-performance sales culture
Strategy & Execution
Plan pricing schemes and promotions
Align with company growth strategy
Control Tower Management
Monitor dashboards and KPIs
Ensure discipline across the region
Systems:
Full ownership of Sales Dashboards SFA systems
Data-driven decision making
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred
1015 years FMCG experience
