What this job involves: As the first point of contact for Employees and Guests to the workplace we are looking for a passionate person to be able to create a welcoming and professional experience in keeping with the company culture and brand.

The experience begins even before our customers physically arrive and we need someone who is confident and comfortable to engage with Employees and Guests creating a memorable touchpoint and be able to provide fast and effective solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Oversee the front of house and provide excellent customer service to the guests employees and clients

Collaborate with Event team and various departments to support all the workplace and logistics needs for our onsite events from guest registration and rooms set up

Maintain booking systems and monitor space utilization

Update communication materials and signages

Act as primary contact for employee workspace queries

Ensure excellent customer service and employee experience

Liaise with facilities services team and vendors

Oversee event spaces and day-to-day meetings as requested via internal ticketing

Multi-task and work in a dynamic environment with high level of integrity

Provide office information and conduct office tours

Coordinate workspaces for travelling employees

Exercise good judgment while balancing client requests

Manage reception duties mail lost and found

Supporting the team in providing information / data for reports

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of front of house customer service industry

Business proficiency and fluency in English Putonghua and Cantonese

Experience in client facing and customer service
