As a Lifestyle Manager youll become the trusted expert members rely on to make life easierand more exciting.

Youll:

• Handle personalised lifestyle requests via phone and email in English Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Arrange restaurant reservations exclusive events luxury travel transport gifts and unique experiences.
• Research creative solutions tailored to each members preferences.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
• Recommend exclusive offers and curated experiences.
• Stay ahead of luxury lifestyle trends across Hong Kong and the wider APAC region.
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
• Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to deliver seamless experiences.

Youll stand out if you have:

• Fluency in English Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Advanced Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5 or above is advantageous).
• At least 2 years experience in luxury hospitality concierge travel premium retail customer service or a similar client-facing environment.
• A genuine passion for travel food culture entertainment and luxury experiences.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A naturally curious mindsetyou enjoy finding creative solutions others might miss.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Shift-based schedule
• Availability between 07:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday including public holidays.
