POSITION SUMMARY:
All brands strategy product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above-mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs.
The Vice President Quality Assurance Product Integrity & Product Compliance will serve as the enterprise leader responsible for defining integrating and operationalizing the organizations end-to-end quality strategy across the global value chain. This role will lead all pillars of the Quality First agenda including Brand Quality Manufacturing Quality Quality Governance Product Integrity and Product Compliance ensuring a consistent consumer-centric approach to quality from product conception through delivery.
The VP will drive a proactive culture of prevention accountability continuous improvement and operational excellence by aligning cross-functional teams regional organizations suppliers and external partners around a unified quality vision. This leader will establish scalable governance frameworks strengthen risk identification and mitigation capabilities elevate manufacturing and supplier performance and ensure products consistently meet brand standards regulatory requirements and consumer expectations across all markets.
Working closely with Product Creation Sourcing Supply Chain Technical Design Raw Materials Sustainability Legal Compliance and Commercial teams the VP will translate quality strategy into measurable business outcomes balancing brand protection consumer trust speed cost and innovation. The role requires a strategic and transformational leader who can influence globally build high-performing teams leverage data and quality intelligence and embed a quality at the source mindset throughout the organization and partner ecosystem.
This position will play a critical role in strengthening enterprise resilience protecting brand reputation reducing quality-related risk and enhancing the overall consumer experience through best-in-class quality systems governance and execution.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job: (Please list and describe the most important duties of the role):
- Lead and execute the enterprise-wide Quality First strategy across Brand Quality Manufacturing Quality Quality Governance Product Integrity and Product Compliance.
- Establish a unified consumer-centric quality operating model that drives consistency prevention accountability and continuous improvement across the global value chain.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Creation Sourcing Supply Chain Technical Design Sustainability Legal and Commercial teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Oversee global manufacturing quality programs supplier performance management factory capability assessments and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen execution and reduce defects.
- Define and govern enterprise quality standards policies KPIs escalation processes and reporting frameworks to ensure alignment transparency and accountability.
- Lead enterprise product integrity and compliance programs ensuring adherence to global regulatory safety chemical testing labeling and performance requirements.
- Drive quality intelligence and analytics capabilities to identify risks improve decision-making and proactively address consumer and operational quality trends.
- Build and develop a high-performing global quality organization while strengthening supplier capability training and quality culture across the partner ecosystem.
- Deliver measurable improvements in consumer satisfaction product reliability supplier performance compliance adherence operational resilience and reduction of quality-related costs and risks

Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Manufacturing Sourcing Product Integrity Compliance or Supply Chain within a global consumer products apparel footwear retail or related industry environment.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise quality transformation initiatives across multiple regions product categories and supplier networks.
- Deep expertise in Brand Quality Manufacturing Quality Product Integrity Product Compliance supplier quality management and quality governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements product safety standards chemical compliance testing protocols restricted substances labeling and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated success building and implementing quality systems KPIs governance models and continuous improvement programs within complex global organizations.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional partners including Product Creation Technical Design Sourcing Supply Chain Legal Sustainability and Commercial teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data and quality intelligence to drive business decisions and operational improvements.
- Proven leadership capability with experience building developing and leading high-performing global teams across matrixed organizations.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels and external partner networks.
- Demonstrated ability to balance consumer expectations brand protection speed-to-market cost efficiency compliance and operational excellence.
- Experience operating in complex international sourcing and manufacturing environments with extensive supplier engagement and factory operations exposure preferred.
Education :
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree in Engineering Supply Chain Quality Management Textile/Apparel Technology Operations or related field preferred.
