What you will be doing:

• Act as a strategic data translator bridging business and technology by converting complex data AI/GenAI insights and analytical outputs into clear actionable business strategies
• Independently lead end-to-end data & analytics initiatives incorporating predictive modeling machine learning and GenAI-driven analyticsto support strategic decision-making and revenue growth
• Partner closely with regional and in-country stakeholders (Business Units Product Risk etc.) to identify growth opportunities and strengthen risk controls
• Design develop and automate interactive dashboards and MISusing modern data visualization and scripting tools
• Build and scale data-driven products and AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with regional analytics teams to promote best analytical practices and ensure consistent delivery across markets
• Support the design validation and evolution of modern data architecture ensuring scalable governed and high-quality data foundations
• Identify and integrate traditional and alternative data sources and explore innovative use cases to unlock new business value
• Serve as a trusted analytics and AI advisorto senior stakeholders translating data insights into business narratives decisions and measurable outcomes

What are we looking for:

• Bachelors degree or above with 10 years of experiencein data analytics data science or related disciplines
• Strong domain knowledge in SME and Corporate Banking with understanding of customers products processes and market landscape
• Proficiency in Python SQL and relational databases with hands-on experience developing analytical applications and automated reporting solutions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translatecomplex data into meaningfulinsights
• Strong experience with data visualization tools(e.g. Power BI) and building intuitive insight-driven dashboards
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems and experience in applying AI in business analyticsis an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder managementskills
• Self-driven hands-on and passionate about leveraging data / AI to drive measurable business impact
