Training Specialist BCM APAC

Location: Hong Kong (or elsewhere in APAC with extensive travel across the region)

As a Training Specialist BCM APAC you will deliver high-quality training sessions across APAC ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You will be on the move often traveling to different countries to support local teams and projects. Your ability to explain intricate subjects clearly and confidently will make a real impact.


How do you do it

  • Delivering training sessions on systems processes and tools such as CargoWrite SQL and automation solutions.
  • Supporting project-based training initiatives including system migrations and client implementations.
  • Simplifying complex topics and tailoring content to different audiences.
  • Collaborating with local trainers and acting as a bridge across cultures and languages.
  • Managing group dynamics effectively and ensuring participants are engaged.


You bring

  • A bachelors or masters degree in supply chain business administration engineering hospitality or a related field.
  • Min 13 years of experience in supply chain/logistics.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or another APAC language is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in front of groups.
  • Patience integrity and a people-focused mindset.
  • Ability to understand processes quickly grasp systems and solid knowledge of MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively
