Responsibilities:
- Responsible for manage of air-ticketing issuance process
- Support ticketing related functions such as fare-list updating and handling internal inquires
- Ensure the accuracy of all tickets and documents issued
Requirements
- F.5 or above (HKCEE/HKDSE)having recognized certificate in Ticketing preferable
- 2 years above of air-ticket issuance experience
- Good knowledge in Abacus & GDS systemand air-ticketing operations
- Good communication skills interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good spoken English & Mandarin
