Job Summary

Our client is a Non-Governmental Organisation and Non-Profit Organisation.

Technician I

Duties:

Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for equipment
Responsible for building maintenance including plumbing and electricity systems as well as other electrical & mechanical (E&M) installations.
To conduct regular building facilities check-up
To provide urgent repair of building facilities
Responsible for monitoring work of contractors

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Service Engineering
At least two years or above relevant working experience including painting / civil / plastering / ironmongery etc.
Holding of Cert of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A is a must
Holder of validConstruction Workers Registration Card
Good Command in written and spoken Chinese
Immediate Available is preferable
