Job Summary
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years relevant experience; OR
- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or 2 years post apprenticeship experience
- Good communication and supervisory skills
Remarks
- Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
- Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays when and where required
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Tradesmen to perform maintenance works for all station systems/equipment in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s)
- Prioritise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works and conduct equipment failure investigation
- Supervise and coordinate with maintenance contractors on modification and capital & revenue works and take over equipment on site
