• Craft Certificate or relevant certificates in a related engineering discipline
• A minimum of 6 years relevant work experience

• Perform routine repair and maintenance at the Corporations managed residential property including monitoring contractors/workers performance for central air-conditioning systems automatic control systems water supply and drainage systems fire protection systems electrical and mechanical equipment and general control circuits
• Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
• Handle related documentations and attend emergency repair as required
