Technical Business Analyst (AI & Automation Solutions, renewable contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders across Property Hospitality Healthcare Corporate Services and other business functions
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify AI and automation opportunities
• Understand business challenges pain points and operational workflows
• Gather analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Analyse existing workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Develop future-state processes leveraging AI and automation technologies
• Recommend appropriate solutions using Microsoft AI platforms
• Create business cases user stories process maps and functional specifications
• Conduct demonstrations training sessions and user enablement workshops
• Support AI governance and best-practice adoption
• Measure solution effectiveness and business outcomes
• Help drive organization-wide AI literacy and innovation culture
• Coordinate with internal IT teams business users and technology partners
• Participate in solution design testing deployment and rollout activities

Requirement:

• Degree in Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science Business Information Systems or related disciplines
• 5 years of experience as Business Analyst System Analyst Technical Consultant or related role
• Proven experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in process improvement digital transformation or enterprise technology projects
• Strong understanding of business workflows and operational processes
• Experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Google Gemini / Notebook LM and related AI Technology
• Experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio AI Chatbot or Automation Projects
• Experience in Prompt Engineering RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) or AI use-case development
• Experience in Low-code/no-code solutions
