Job Summary

Our client is a professional IT solution provider.

Responsibilities:

Install or upgrade networking and firewall products for enterprise customers.
Help customers existing networking and firewall products migrate to new production environments.
Make sure all implementation upgrade and migration are carried out smoothly without any impact to customers.
Document all technical procedures to customers
Deploy manage and troubleshoot on Windows Linux Servers Applications and Database.
Provide ongoing second line (and sometimes first line) support to the above implemented products.
To be a warm interface with customers and ensure their satisfaction level.
Work closely with vendors and resellers as a virtual team to support customers.
Be the Acting Solution Consultant and to provide pre-sales support to enterprise customers on occasional basis.

Requirements:

5 years or above experience in a related area is preferred.
Hands on experience in CentOS RHEL ESXi MySQL and Apache.
Related professional certifications.
Self-motivated result and customer oriented able to work independently and work under pressure.
Willing to travel (mainly Macau).
Good command of both written and spoken English Chinese and Mandarin.
