Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager of the subsidiary your responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage 3PL to ensure their performance is satisfactory and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuresupply of products on time in full to customers by working closely with 3PL on daily operations
- Manage return orders from customers
- Manage all stock kept in warehouse including returned broken near expired as well as consignment stock
- Manage inventory cycle counts and annual stock take
- Prepare statistical reports for regular operational review & analysis
Qualifications
- University graduate preferably in Supply Chain Management Business Logistics or other related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in order processing and inventory management in Wholesale Retail or FMCG industries
- Operational process and customer oriented
- High accuracy and good numeric sense
- Strong communication skill capability in handling multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (such as Excel & Word)
- Experience in data analysis software such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus
- Fluent communication in Cantonese Mandarin and English
