Job Summary
- Service Excellence: Manage the internal ticketing system and ensure all requests are resolved within SLA targets.
- Endpoint Support: Handle Windows imaging deployment and troubleshooting for corporate laptops and peripherals.
- AI Integration: Actively leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools to resolve technical issues independently.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project tracking and following up with stakeholders to ensure key milestones are met.
- Regional Collaboration: Coordinate with regional teams on group-level IT initiatives and infrastructure projects.
- On-site Support: Facilitate technical setups for meeting rooms and video conferencing systems.
- IT Administration: Manage procurement records vendor quotations and internal technical documentation (SOPs).
- Operational Flexibility: Provide Ad-hoc support outside of regular office hours as required by operational needs.
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline; fresh graduates with a growth mindset and a passion for technology are highly welcome.
- Knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 and hardware maintenance.
- Fast learner: Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing environments.
- Fluent in Cantonese; Good command of English (written and verbal) for regional communication.
