POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inclusion and Diversity Specialist will be responsible for helping advance the companys overarching Inclusion and Diversity strategy in Asia-Pacific. The ideal candidate will work with Global and Regional cross-functional business partners to support the delivery of key Inclusion and Diversity initiatives in all Asia-Pacific markets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Develop and implement tactical action plans related to assigned projects to support Inclusion and Diversity business priorities in Asia-Pacific
  • Lead coordination of Inclusion and Diversity communications including monthly newsletters and event promotional material.
  • Deliver centralized project management for cross-functional Inclusion and Diversity initiatives including timelines communication plans and measurement strategies
  • Develop and manage an integrated calendar for key Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
  • Lead special research projects to identify benchmarks best practices and make recommendations
  • Oversee coordination and logistics for Inclusion and Diversity programs learning opportunities and events
  • Collaborate regularly coordinate and manage assigned projects with key stakeholders
  • Assist with coordination and logistics of Business Resource Groups initiatives and events.
  • Provide support for associate giving and volunteering initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Support the execution of key global Inclusion and Diversity initiatives by managing cross-functional projects coordinating stakeholders tracking deliverables and ensuring timely implementation.
  • Maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors to support Inclusion and Diversity strategic priorities.
  • Provide administrative support including processing invoices developing presentations reviewing and approving matching gift and volunteer requests and providing support for grant processing.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree desired.

  • Keen interest in Inclusion and Diversity.

  • 2-3 years of working experience preferably in multinationals matrix organizations or start-ups.

  • Skilled in Excel PowerPoint project management tools etc.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience with presentations and spreadsheets.

  • Collaborative work style with ability to effectively interact and earn trust of peers and stakeholders across the organization.

  • Strong organizational project and process management skills with the ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of and passion for developing and executing inclusion and diversity programs and initiatives.

  • Proven ability to deliver high quality detailed oriented timely assignments.

  • Experience managing internal/external organization partnerships.

  • Flexibility to participate in meetings outside of APAC time zones (occasionally).

SKILLS:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.

  • Detail and quality oriented.

  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office; Workday is a plus).

  • Positive professional attitude and presence.
