Specialist, Distribution Center Operations

Oversee daily Value-Added Services operations to deliver high-quality services to clients while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

• Support daily operations to ensure alignment with company policies standard operating procedures and GMP requirements.
• Work with team to plan and execute repackaging monitor progress and ensure timely completion meeting client requirements.
• Assist in managing contractors including KPI reviews vendor evaluation to support service delivery expectations.
• Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation for repackaging activities.
• Participate in audit reviewing and suggesting improvements to quality safety and standard operating procedures.
• Liaise with clients on operational matters inquiries and requests and escalate issues to management when appropriate.

• Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Logistics or a related field.
• Around 2 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics or a related area.
• Exposure to Value-Added Services operations is an advantage but not essential.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards will be an advantage
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
