This role requires a multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) to manage multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing programs. Responsibility also extends to execute procurement governance vendor selection vendor management contract execution and the delivery of Sourcing & Procurement strategies to achieve long term client benefits.

This role requires experience in sourcing & procurement and or Facility Management to support the portfolio of facilities in Hong Kong and Macau. This includes engagement with local IFM teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFP programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute end-to-end indirect procurement and outsourced service projects including stakeholder engagement supplier sourcing RFQ/RFP issuance bid comparison negotiation and contract management.
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle including onboarding assessments performance reviews relationship management and risk monitoring.
• Liaise with Finance Legal and business units to drive purchase order approvals goods/services acceptance and payment processing to ensure timely fulfillment and settlement.
• Maintain and continuously improve procurement records contract archives and the supplier database to ensure data accuracy audit readiness and traceability.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance; provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize costs and enhance value.
• Support other sourcing/procurement related projects assigned by manager if any
• Adhere to company procurement policies and regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits as needed.

Ideal Experience

• Bachelors degree in business administration Real Estate Facility Management Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of strategic sourcing experience inclusive of category management
• Past experience in banking projects or facilities management industry is a plus
• Experience in integrated outsourcing and supply chain management and procurement with the ability to accomplish results through vendor management.
• Good command written English and Chinese; Good command spoken English and Cantonese knowing Mandarin is a plus.
• Independent self-motivated flexible responsible and willing to work under pressure.
• A proactive can-do attitude and good team player
