Job Summary

Our client is an International Construction Management and General Contracting Company. They provide Construction Management and General Contracting services to their Clients with a level of expertise service and commitment unparalleled in the industry. They offer a complete scope of construction services ranging from interior fit-out and refurbishment to out of the ground construction in Commercial Manufacturing Hotel & Hospitality High Technology and Retail sectors of industry.

Site Supervisor (Fitting out)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the on site delivery of the Project (or portion of the Project he/she is supervising) in accordance with the Drawings Specifications Construction Programme Cost Parameters Quality Levels and Safety Guidelines set out by the Project Team.

Requirements:

At least 3 yrs experiences in building / fitting-out of commercial & retail projects
Conversant with interior fitting-out nature / surveying A&A work and contractual documents are advantages
Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out
Good PC knowledge of MS Word Excel and Outlooks
Excellent communication and site management skills
Self-motivated independent responsible and hardworking.
Good command of spoken and written English Cantonese and Mandarin
