Site Formen Site Supervisor

Our client is full main Contractor and Construction Management Company with headquarter in Hong Kong one of the regions foremost Contractors specialising in interior fit-out they are currently seeking for a Site Foremen / Site Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Site coordination with Client Representatives Consulting Engineer and Subcontractors to coordinate sequence of works and tackle all technical issues regarding to site installation
• Conduct regular site inspection and report to the project manager / engineer the progress of work and any non-conformity in related to material delivered work compliance to contract drawing and workmanship
• Forecast and review progress of work and coordinate with subcontractor to ensure sufficient labour force

Requirements:

• Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline
• Recognized trade qualification in building / construction works
• Minimum 5 years site supervision construction or renovation or A&A works or relevant experience
• Holder of REW is preferable
• Hard working and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and communication skills
