Job Summary
Our client a leading IT services company is currently seeking to hire a Senior UX Designer.

- Design end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile platforms
- Translate business needs and customer insights into intuitive UX solutions
- Create wireframes user flows and prototypes to communicate ideas clearly
- Work closely with BA developers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Use data customer feedback and research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Continuously improve experiences through testing iteration and refinement
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelors degree in Web Graphic Design Multi-Media Interface Design Visual Art or related discipline.
- 4 years of UX design experience (more experienced candidates will be considered for senior role)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
- Exposure to data-driven design or customer research
- Familiarity with working in agile teams
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. for design research or workflow) is a plus
- Clear thinking and practical problem solving
- Ability to turn insights into action
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership
- Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
