Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to perform inspection checking verification and supervision on maintenance activities of Architectural Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) or Building Services (BS) Systems that carried out by contractors in stations and ancillary buildings
  • Supervise the team to resolve related technical issues support equipment failure investigation and recommend long-term improvement initiatives
  • Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety quality and environmental issues
  • Liaise with contractor and other stakeholders to provide expert advice on Station/Commercial facilities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests and after-hours calls
  • Ensure all work performed by the team meets quality standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
  • Basic knowledge on Low Voltage and Builder work is essential
  • Good interpersonal communication analytical and problem solving skills are essential

Remarks

  • Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
  • Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
  • Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays when and where required
  • The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
