Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineers in establishing clients requirements and purchase request
- Advise Engineers on selection of procurement strategy and compliance
- Prepare cost estimation for BMS and maintenance contracts
- Prepare Subcontractor and frame agreement
- Handle Subcontractor interview and assessment evaluation recommendation and award
- Advise cost reduction status regularly
- Degree or higher diploma in Quantity Surveying Engineering Procurement Logistics or business
- Over 5 years solid track records of hands-on the process of RfQ eBidding & Contracts handling
- Strong business orientation customer focus and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
