Job Summary

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate or equivalent in a related discipline and preferably with membership of a recognized institution
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Station / Train operations of which 3 years should be in supervisory role and with 2 years practice in coaching/ mentoring staff to meet functional competency requirements
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred

Remarks

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Operations Training Executive position
  • Occasional business travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs design develop and deliver fit-for-purpose operations training for existing and future new railway lines

  • Conduct training needs analysis and attend relevant training and qualification meetings to propose quality training solutions in meeting business partners requirements

  • Design and develop Operations and Railway Safety related training programmes

  • Conduct and evaluate training to ensure trainees are adequately equipped with necessary knowledge skills and attitude and are competent to meet the required service and safety standards

  • Recommend co-develop and implement new training methodologies in enriching current and future training curriculum effectiveness

  • Propose and implement ideas to maximise team synergy and enhance working efficiency
