Job Descriptions:

• Support the supervisor in rolling out learning and development initiatives that help meet the agencys short-term and long-term productivity goals and selling professionalism
• Monitor the business performance and provide timely reportsto PRUVentureassociatesto achieve planned business targets and objectives
• Deliver learning and development programs through classroom virtual and recorded learning formats ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience tailored to different audiences.
• Assists the supervisor in identifying opportunities by reviewing data market trends and business trends while developing ideas and insights to support PRUVenture recruitment
• Support agency/Company eventsandany ad-hoc duties as assigned
