Senior Manager (Data Management, Digitalisation Office)

Our client is a Leading Finance Company they are currently seeking for aSenior Manager (Data Management Digitalisation Office)to join their team.

Senior Manager (Data Management Digitalisation Office) (3 years contract)

Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of enterprise-wide data warehouses from platform selection technical architecture design implementing and testing the proposed solutions to enable optimal extraction transformation and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
• Manage ETL flow design development testing implementation and support Be responsible for hands-on data engineering works including understanding data models preparing data for migration data cleansing and data reconciliation
• Build BI reports / dashboards / analytics tools that empower internal business units to utilise the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
• Work with data management technologies for data integration data quality and governance data dictionary master data management data security and data linage

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Mathematics or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years solid experience in data analytics data engineering data application / platform management
• Solid track record of sizable IT project experiences in data analytics data warehouse ETL (extract transform load) business intelligence reporting data transformation etc.

• Strong technical knowledge in cloud data platform implementation (AWS GCP Azure etc) in the banking finance and insurance industry is preferable

• Experience in data architecture data modelling data pipeline design data integration and data quality solutions / tooling

• Strong in SQL and proficient in Python is desirable

• Experience in ETL / data integration (e.g. Azure Data Factory Informatica AWS Glue etc) and business intelligent tooling (e.g. Power BI Tableau etc)

• Experience with or knowledge of transitional rational database environments (e.g. Oracle SQL server DB2 etc)

• Experience in banking finance and insurance industry is a plus

• Logical detailed-minded and well-organised

• Excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese with competent communication and presentation skills

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Manager
