Job Summary

Our client is a leading global law firm with offices across Asia Europe and the United States recognised consistently as one of the worlds premier corporate-led legal practices. The firm is seeking a Senior IT Analyst in Information and Technology Governance to serve as the subject matter expert for their Asia region covering the Hong Kong Tokyo Seouland Singapore offices. This is role reports to the global Senior Manager of Information Governance and working closely with the IT Supportand the Litigation Technology teams.

The successful candidate will own the full spectrum of information governance technology for the region: managing client document transfers and iManage Work migrations maintaining the firms IRM records management system leading the transition from H: network drives to OneDrive and developing protocols for C: drive compliance. The role involves handling day-to-day IG Jira tickets managing offsite storage vendor relationships supporting data loss prevention efforts and evaluating and recommending new IG technology and AI tools. The candidate will also be responsible for regional project management end-user training on iManage Work for new joiners mentoring junior IG team members and collaborating with Office Administrators and Paralegal Management to promote IG best practices across the offices.

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in records management information governance knowledge management or legal technology ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Proficiency in iManage Work and IRM is strongly preferred along with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel Outlook Teams OneDrive Co-pilot). Strong project management analytical and communication skills are essential as the role requires the ability to train and advise lawyers and staff at all levels. Candidates must be willing to work additional hours and travel as required to support international regional offices.
