Senior Executive, eCommerce (P&G)

DKSH is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive eCommerceto support the growth of our online business across key platforms including HKTVmall. This role is ideal for a commercially aware and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about driving performance through data insights strong execution and effective collaboration. You will play a key role in supporting business performance executing promotional strategies and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across eCommerce channels.

General Responsibilities:

Results & KPI Driven

• Support the achievement of key business KPIs including Net Sales GMV traffic conversion rate AOV and inventory health

• Track and analyse daily and weekly performance metrics providing insights and recommendations to optimize results
• Assist in preparing business reviews and performance reports for internal stakeholders clients and customers

Key Account Management Support

• Support the management of key eCommerce accounts including HKTVmall and other relevant marketplaces

• Coordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of business plans
• Assist in campaign planning submission execution and post-campaign analysis

Operational Excellence

• Execute promotional and activation plans to support brand visibility and revenue growth

• Support demand forecasting inventory planning and replenishment in collaboration with supply chain and clients
• Ensure accuracy of product listings pricing and content across platforms
• Assist in reporting processes and automation initiatives to improve efficiency
• Support A&P tracking accounts receivable follow-ups and trade claims reconciliation within agreed timelines

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams including Client Management Marketing Operations and Finance to ensure seamless execution
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to share best practices and enhance operational efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or professional qualification in Business Marketing eCommerce or a related discipline

• 35 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or digital channels prior experience in FMCG marketplace platforms (e.g. HKTVmall) or e-commerce enabler environments is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in marketplace operations including campaign execution product listing management and performance tracking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
• Good communication and coordination skills capable of working effectively with clients internal teams and external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. data analysis pivot tables) and PowerPoint for performance reporting
• Positive proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
