Requirements

• Degree in Security Management or related disciplines or possession of relevant professional certifications.

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in corporate security security operations risk management or related fields.

• Proven experience in managing corporate or physical security risks ideally within large organizations or critical infrastructure environments.

• Strong leadership interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior management level.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Sound knowledge of criminal law investigation and prosecution procedures and corporate security risk management principles.

• Experience in security review or investigations would be a strong advantage.

Remarks

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of corporate security professionals to deliver corporate-level security risk assessments reviews compliance audits and investigation services.

• Provide strategic and professional advice to management on corporate and physical security risks controls and mitigation measures.

• Act as the subject matter expert on physical security for new railway line asset development and major capital projects ensuring security-by-design principles are embedded.

• Lead or oversee sensitive security investigations and incident response activities including liaison with internal stakeholders law enforcement and regulatory bodies where appropriate.

• Monitor security risk trends assess emerging threats and recommend proactive risk treatment strategies to senior management.

• Develop team capability through coaching performance management and professional development to ensure a high-performing security function.

• Perform other security-related duties as directed by management.
