Senior Associate / Associate (Mortgage Underwriting)
Responsibilities:
- To perform mortgage loan underwriting/approval for Mortgage Insurance Programme (MIP);
- To liaise with authorized institutions on loan servicing for MIP; and
- To track loan portfolio performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years solid mortgage underwriting experience preferably in financial institutions;
- Keeping abreast of the credit policy and control procedure in mortgage lending;
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in PC/spreadsheet applications
