About the Role

As aSales Manager MICE you will be driving MICE sales growth by managing key accounts executing sales strategies and delivering seamless client experiences through crossfunctional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned MICE accounts supporting the Director of Sales MICE in achieving segment revenue and room night targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the MICE segment including cross-selling across hotel properties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales activities including client meetings site visits and proposals to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitors activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Prepare sales plans reports and call activities to track performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Events Management team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Promote seasonal packages and drive revenue through targeted sales initiatives.

About You

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management Events Management or other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of Hotel sales experience preferably in MICE or travel markets.
• Proven experience in managing and developing key accounts.
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven mindset with strong strategic sales capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications and Hotel sales/event systems.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more years of experience would be considered as Senior Sales Manager MICE.
