Sales Manager (District Sales Executive)

• Own and grow the assigned territory through proactive coverage deep customer engagement and opportunity development.

• Develop strong insights into industry trends logistics models competition and customer supply chains.

• Identify qualify and convert new prospects through effective lead and pipeline management.

• Create valueadded logistics solutions for customers needs supported by clear proposals visuals and costbenefit analysis.

• Lead smooth onboarding of new accounts including customer introductions information transfer and documentation.

• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; support crossfunctional initiatives as needed.

• Drive account retention and growth through structured account reviews and strategic customer engagement.

Qualifications :

• University/Diploma graduate in 3-4 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry or over 3 years working experience in sales field.

• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Strong in MS word excel and PowerPoint

• Candidates with less experience/ Fresh graduate who have potential will also be considered.

• Teamwork Spirit with Aggressive and Can-do Attitude

• Candidate with knowledge of the seasonal logistics patterns and requirements of each key industry is preferred.
