Responsibilities:
- Establish marketing plans for product lines.
- Establish annual target and make sure that target is achieved.
- Consolidate all sales leads.
- Travel with sales men in different branches to support the sales.
- Travel with foreign suppliers to hold seminars with potential customer.
- Select and set-up sub-agents.
- Monitor the activities of the sales men and sub-agents.
- Conduct periodic meetings to make sure all sales leads are followed up.
- Prepare the reports to management and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Science or Engineering discipline.
- Experience in managing business performance of sales terms.
- Knowledge in technical hydraulic and pipe fitting field.
- Smart self-motivated able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Good command of English Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Wiling to travel to China.
- Immediate available preferable
