Retail Operations Supervisors
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum retail operational support to the team;
- Prepare various reports sales analysis and presentation materials;
- Monitor sales performance inventory promotions and events;
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations;
- Mobility rotation monitor manpower arrangement and roster for frontline staffs
- Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments by superior
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated with at least 5 years solid experience in retail administration and operation;
- Proactive detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Sound knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Typing is required; and
- Immediate availability is preferred
