Responsible Officer (Type 1 & 6)
Responsibilities:
- Act as core person to supervise SFC Type 1 & 6 regulated activities
- Formulate review and update operations procedures in order ensure operational and regulatory compliance
- Conduct in-dept investment research and analysis analyze portfolio performance and monitor investment risk
- Manage daily business operations to ensure the workflow is complied with the SFC and statutory regulations
- Provide support and assist to senior management on firms investment function
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree holder in Economics Finance Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Finance FA/IFA M&A projects activities
- Current holder of SFC Type 1 & 6 Responsible Officer License
- Sound knowledge of SFO SFC Code of Conduct regulations of relevant regulatory authorities
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
