Role description:

We are now inviting applicants for the following Resident Site Staff positions for the captioned contract adopting New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) as the form of contract. The captioned contract mainly involves open space works in Waterfront Promenade Linear Parks and Cycle Park cum Skatepark in Tung Chung East areas. Construction works has commenced in April 2025.

Role accountabilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Polytechnic University / Polytechnic in Hong Kong / Technical College / Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.

Remarks

1. All qualification and working experience required should be obtained on or before the closing date for application.

2. The employment will be on contract basis and tentatively commencing from June 2026.

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the

above posts.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Term with Arcadis Hong Kong Limited in accordance with the prevailing Governments terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
