Quantity Surveyor
- Preparing the Budget Cost or Tender for submission.
- Preparation of the Cost Plan.
- Preparation of Tender packages for Sub-Contractor pricing.
- Responding to Sub- Contractor questions during the tendering stage.
- Analysing tender returns for completeness and compliance with documents.
- Assisting the Commercial Manager procuring the Sub-Contractors and material suppliers.
- Certify Sub-contractor payments and Prepare Interim Payment Application to Client.
- Analysis of Variation Cost is submitted by the Sub-contractors and preparing & issuing variation cost to the Client.
- Preparation of the Project Final Account.
- Collect and update market prices for material and labour cost for database to be kept up to date.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building/ Construction or related discipline.
- 3-5 years or above relevant experience in Fitting out Projects in Main Contractor/ Sub-contractor firms
- Corporate office fitting-out experience preferable.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Immediate Available will be advantage.
