Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and report AQL based inspections.
- Communicate customers quality requirements to factories and follow up on adherence to these requirements.
- Preproduction meetings inline and final inspections.
- Anticipate and analyze quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process.
- Make judgment on acceptance and rejection of marginal quality cases.
- Prepare consolidate update and file inspection reports in a timely manner.
- Specify timeframe for factories to implement improvements.
- Conduct independent PPI DPI and PSI inspections in China.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in related filed.
- 2-3 years relative experience.
- Experience in independent quality control work in hard goods / garments or textiles.
- With factory audit experience an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of how to plan execute and report inspections as well as analyse result and corrective actions at site.
- Accepting flexible working hours and frequent travel in China based in Hong Kong.
- Fluent Cantonese with a good command of Mandarin and English in speaking reading and writing.
