Our client is a HK based independent distributor of electronic components.

Responsibilities:

Handle internal RFQ and provide input to determine quoted cost to the customer that is competitive.
Analyze and reduce components purchase priceto meet the cost reduction goal.
Monitoring tracking and providing feedbacks on suppliers performance on overall cost delivery and quality.
Understanding suppliers their capabilities market trending and technologies for assigned commodities.
Managing commercial relationships with vendors.
Purchase ordering and follow-up on schedule update.
Coordinate with sales team.
Handle internal and external reports.

Requirements:

Over 5years experience in purchasing procurement sourcing and suppliers network in electronics industry.
Strong understanding of electronic component and EMS industry.
High competency level in use of MS Office.
SAP and other CRM systems knowledge is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
Travel may be required internationally to visit suppliers.
