Project Manager (Real Estate) (Quantity Surveying focused)

How you would contribute to the business: 

• Lead and deliver commercial real estate projects from planning through completion. 

• Act as the Quantity Surveying subject matter expert within the Project Management team providing cost and commercial advice to clients and project stakeholders. 

• Develop and manage project budgets cost plans procurement strategies and financial reporting. 

• Lead tendering processes contract administration and commercial negotiations with consultants contractors and vendors. 

• Monitor project progress costs risks key deliverables and prepare proper documentation to ensure successful project outcomes. 

• Liaise with clients landlords developers consultants contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Support project governance risk management and project close-out activities. 

• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management. 

• Other duties as assigned by the Project Director / Team Head. 

Qualifications :

Skills that help you excel in the role: 

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Project Management or related discipline. 

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor with HKIS RICS or equivalent professional qualification. 

• Minimum 5 years experience in quantity surveying cost consultancy project management consultancy or construction project delivery. 

• Strong experience in cost planning tendering procurement and contract administration for construction or fit-out projects. 

• Sound commercial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication stakeholder management negotiation and presentation skills. 

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. 

• Experience in commercial real estate projects will be highly regarded.
