Project Manager Cards Technology

Lead end-to-end delivery for payments and credit card technology initiatives across requirements testing release and implementation. The role sits between business product engineering and operations to drive timely delivery and stable production outcomes.

What youll do

• Manage project plans RAID dependencies and stakeholder reporting.
  
• Drive delivery for card lifecycle initiatives including authorisation clearing settlement disputes fraud servicing and digital channels.
  
• Coordinate system integration testing UAT implementation planning and production rollout.
  
• Work with global and regional teams across technology compliance operations and vendors.
  

What you need

• Project management experience in banking payments or cards technology.
  
• Strong understanding of credit/debit card products and payment systems ideally across authorisation settlement disputes and fraud.
  
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional coordination.
  
• Good grasp of technical delivery in environments using Java microservices APIs data platforms and DevOps toolchains.
  
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
  

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux Oracle and production support.
  
• Exposure to sanctions payment processing or card operations.
  
• Strong communication skills in a global matrix environment.
