We are seeking a high-caliber Project Director to hold overall operational technical and strategic accountability for major civil transport and infrastructure developments in Hong Kong. Reporting to executive leadership you will lead multi-disciplinary site teams drive project delivery to strict safety and quality standards and manage senior client and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide overall strategic leadership and operational control for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Manage client relations with government bodies public transit operators and JV partners.
- Lead project teams to ensure safety environmental compliance quality schedule and budgetary goals are achieved.
- Oversee high-level risk management engineering methodology selection and resource allocation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across site operations engineering planning and commercial divisions.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or transport engineering.
- Domain Expertise: Minimum 6 years of direct hands-on experience on MTR projects (essential).
- Professional Standing: Corporate Membership in HKIE (Civil Discipline) or MICE (Chartered Civil Engineer) is highly preferable.
