Job Summary

Our client is an authorized insurer to facilitate retirement financial planning through provision of annuity products in Hong Kong they are currently seeking for aBusiness AnalystTeam Leader to join their team.

Product Development Manager (Actuarial)

Responsibilities:

To support system implementation project and provide business and technical requirements from product perspective.
To propose business functionalities for future generation of products.
To review functional specifications to ensure alignment of requirements; and
To design test cases and review UAT results to ensure the system fulfilling the business requirements.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Actuarial Science Mathematics or related disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years experience in life insurance industry.
Familiar with life insurance products with knowledge of annuities preferred.
Familiar with policy administration workflow.
Experience in product design and implementation of policy administration system.
Preferably with experience in pricing and financial projection.
Experience in project management is a plus.
Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills; and
Good analytical mind self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
