We are currently looking for anOperations Assistantto join Operation Team.

This role reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and will be based in the Hong Kong.

What Youll Do

Perform manual production tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Assist in product inspection and grading support activities

Handle products with care to avoid damage during processing

Follow detailed work instructions to complete tasks accurately and consistently

Identify and report product defects abnormalities or quality issues in a timely manner

Support labeling packaging and other finishing processes

Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operational guidelines

Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets

Assist with basic data entry and documentation as required

Photographic record keeping

Who You Are

Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy

Basic understanding of quality control concepts is a plus

Responsible patient and able to work in a structured and standardized environment

Good teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the collectibles auction or grading industries.

High school diploma or above

13 years of experience in production operations manual work or quality inspection preferred

Mandarin and Cantonese
